1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the Day & Dawn website at www.dayanddawn.net and purchases you make through the store. “Day & Dawn,” “we,” and “our” refer to the business operating the store.

Our products are made to order. Please check the product description, size guide, color, and shipping address before placing an order. Product images may include mockups, and colors may vary slightly depending on your screen and the printing process.

Prices, discounts, shipping charges, and applicable taxes are shown before you complete checkout. If we cannot fulfill an item you paid for, we’ll contact you and promptly refund the amount paid for that item.

3. Order changes and cancellations
If you need to change your order, correct your address, or request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. Once production begins, we may be unable to make changes or cancel the order. Any cancellation rights you have under applicable law still apply.

4. Shipping and delivery
Production and transit times can vary by item and destination. Check the shipping information provided with your order. If we cannot ship within the stated time, we’ll notify you and give you the option to agree to a revised shipping date or cancel the unshipped items for a prompt refund. If an order is missing or tracking shows delivery but you haven’t received it, contact us with your order number.
